Simply take your target business list and make a plan that allows you to contact them on  a weekly basis. I would start with the cheapest way (fax or an email) and then move to the more expensive (letters or in person visits). 

By contacting them weekly you will keep yourself, your company, and your seminar top of mind for them and each time you contact them you give them another reason to attend your seminar and ultimately hire you.

3. Follow up with businesses who express interest.  Once a business owner has expressed an interest you have to follow up. I know it sounds simple but trust me most people lose money right here. Think about it - when is the last time someone returned your phone call.

By following up with those who are interested you ensure a full room and a bigger payday at the same time. If you setup your marketing campaign to where you are only dealing with business owners who raise their hands and express interest, you won't waste your time with deadbeat losers who aren't interested and only stringing you along.
